This easy Crockpot Christmas Candy combines peanuts, chocolate, and almond bark into irresistible clusters a festive, no-fuss holiday treat everyone loves!
Ingredients
2 lbs roasted salted peanuts
2 lbs white almond bark, broken into pieces
4 oz German chocolate bar, broken into pieces
12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
12 oz milk chocolate chips
Festive sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
1. Layer ingredients in a slow cooker in this order: peanuts, almond bark, German chocolate, semisweet chocolate chips, and milk chocolate chips.
2. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour — do not stir.
3. After 1 hour, stir well to combine all melted chocolates and coat the peanuts.
4. Replace the lid and cook for another 30 minutes if needed until smooth.
5. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
6. Drop spoonfuls of the candy mixture onto the paper.
7. Top with sprinkles if desired.
8. Allow candies to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
9. Store in airtight containers.
Notes
You can use pecans, cashews, or mixed nuts instead of peanuts.
