Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 packet chili seasoning
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Start by placing the two boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Add vegetables: Next, add the drained corn, rinsed black beans, diced tomatoes, and the diced onion over the chicken.
  3. Season the chili: Sprinkle the chili seasoning evenly over the mixture.
  4. Pour in the broth: Pour in the chicken broth to the crockpot.
  5. Cooking time: Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Add cream cheese: About 30 minutes before serving, add the cream cheese to the crockpot.
