- 1 onion, diced
- 1 packet chili seasoning

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken: Start by placing the two boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of your crockpot.
- Add vegetables: Next, add the drained corn, rinsed black beans, diced tomatoes, and the diced onion over the chicken.
- Season the chili: Sprinkle the chili seasoning evenly over the mixture.
- Pour in the broth: Pour in the chicken broth to the crockpot.
- Cooking time: Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Add cream cheese: About 30 minutes before serving, add the cream cheese to the crockpot.
- Final seasoning: Before serving, taste the chili and season it with salt and pepper to your liking.
