Description
Golden, crispy cheesecake slices fried to perfection and dusted with sugar.
Ingredients
8 slices cheesecake (frozen)
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg (or substitute)
1 cup crushed graham crackers
Oil for frying
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
1. Freeze cheesecake for 2–3 hours.
2. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
3. Whisk milk and egg in another bowl.
4. Dip slices in flour, then batter, then crumbs.
5. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C).
6. Fry slices for 2–3 minutes until golden.
7. Drain on paper towels.
8. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
Notes
Serve immediately for best texture.
