Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: Place chopped chicken in a bowl. Add red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix until well coated and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Set up your breading station: Prepare three bowls – one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  3. Breading the chicken: Dip marinated chicken into flour, then eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure all pieces are well covered.
  4. Fry the nuggets: Heat oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded nuggets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.
  5. Serve hot: Enjoy with your choice of dipping sauce.
