- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: Place chopped chicken in a bowl. Add red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix until well coated and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Set up your breading station: Prepare three bowls – one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Breading the chicken: Dip marinated chicken into flour, then eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Ensure all pieces are well covered.
- Fry the nuggets: Heat oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded nuggets for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and drain excess oil on paper towels.
- Serve hot: Enjoy with your choice of dipping sauce.
