- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 2 tablespoons Earl Grey tea leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Infuse the milk with Earl Grey tea leaves, heat until boiling, steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
- Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture alternately with the infused milk, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the blackberries gently.
- Fill the cupcake liners two-thirds full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream. Garnish with extra blackberries or lemon zest.
