- 2 lbs chicken breast
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken breasts.
- Cut cream cheese into chunks and place on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken inside the pot.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and chopped bacon until combined.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
For a richer flavor, consider using chicken thighs. You can also customize the spices to your preference.
