  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Tortillas for serving
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, avocado, cheese, salsa

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Slow Cooker: Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add the Vegetables: Layer sliced bell peppers and onion on top of the chicken.
  3. Season: Sprinkle the fajita seasoning mix evenly over the chicken and vegetables.
  4. Add Chicken Broth: Pour chicken broth over the seasoned chicken and vegetables.
