A creamy and decadent no bake cheesecake that is easy to prepare and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups digestive biscuits, crushed
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Toppings (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, chocolate sauce, caramel)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing crushed biscuits with melted butter and pressing into a springform pan. Refrigerate.
  2. Make the cheesecake filling by beating softened cream cheese and gradually adding powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
  3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Combine the whipped cream gently with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Assemble the cheesecake by pouring the filling over the crust and smoothing it out.
  6. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  7. Serve the cheesecake with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
