- 1 ½ cups digestive biscuits, crushed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- Toppings (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, chocolate sauce, caramel)
Instructions
- Prepare the crust by mixing crushed biscuits with melted butter and pressing into a springform pan. Refrigerate.
- Make the cheesecake filling by beating softened cream cheese and gradually adding powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Combine the whipped cream gently with the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble the cheesecake by pouring the filling over the crust and smoothing it out.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve the cheesecake with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
