Instructions
1. Preheat mini waffle maker.
2. In a bowl, beat the egg and stir in cheese and add-ins.
3. Spray waffle maker with avocado oil.
4. Spoon half the mixture into the waffle iron.
5. Cook 3–5 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
6. Repeat with remaining batter.
7. Let chaffles rest on wire rack for 2–3 minutes before serving.
