2 tbsp olive oil

1 cup ricotta cheese

1/2 tsp lemon zest

1 tbsp honey (plus extra for drizzling)

1/8 tsp salt

68 fresh figs, sliced

Fresh thyme or mint leaves for garnish

Optional: cracked black pepper or balsamic glaze


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
