Ingredients

4 bakery croissants

200g fresh mozzarella, sliced

2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Sea salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F)

2. Slice croissants without cutting fully through

3. Insert mozzarella slices into each croissant

4. Place on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil

5. Bake for 8–10 minutes until cheese melts

6. Serve warm

Notes

Best served immediately.
