Ingredients

4 cups watermelon chunks (seedless)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Chill watermelon chunks for 1 hour.
2. Add watermelon, lime juice, and sweetener to blender.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. Strain into pitcher for a smoother drink.
5. Serve over ice with mint leaves.
Notes
Use chilled watermelon to avoid adding too much ice.
