Description

A delicious and healthier dessert option combining creamy yogurt with fresh fruits and crunchy nuts.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 Cups of yogurt
  • 1/41/2 Cup honey or sweetener of choice
  • 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Strawberries, sliced
  • Blueberries
  • Nuts of choice (almonds, walnuts, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Mix the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  4. Add sliced strawberries, blueberries, and your choice of nuts on top of the yogurt layer.
  5. Freeze the baking sheet for at least 180 minutes or until solid.
  6. Break the frozen yogurt bark into pieces once set.
  7. Store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer.
