A delicious and healthier dessert option combining creamy yogurt with fresh fruits and crunchy nuts.
Ingredients

- 2 Cups of yogurt
- 1/4–1/2 Cup honey or sweetener of choice
- 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Strawberries, sliced
- Blueberries
- Nuts of choice (almonds, walnuts, etc.)
Instructions
- Mix the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Pour the yogurt mixture onto the lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
- Add sliced strawberries, blueberries, and your choice of nuts on top of the yogurt layer.
- Freeze the baking sheet for at least 180 minutes or until solid.
- Break the frozen yogurt bark into pieces once set.
- Store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer.
