Description
Decadent and buttery lobster rolls made with tender lobster chunks tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce, served in toasted brioche buns for the ultimate seafood indulgence.
Ingredients
1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
4 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
4 brioche hot dog buns
1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest, and parsley.
4. Add chopped lobster meat to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the garlic butter.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and warm through for 1–2 minutes.
6. Lightly toast brioche buns with a bit of butter until golden.
7. (Optional) Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise inside each bun.
8. Fill each bun generously with the warm garlic butter lobster mixture.
9. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley or lemon wedges.
Notes
Use fresh lobster tails or claw meat for best flavor.
You can substitute brioche buns with split-top hot dog rolls.
Add a pinch of cayenne or paprika for a hint of spice.
