- 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
- 3 tablespoons butter

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the steak: Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels, then season with salt and black pepper.
- Sear the steak: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sear the steak bites for 1-2 minutes on each side.
- Remove the steak: Once browned, remove them from the skillet and set aside.

- Cook the zucchini: Add zucchini to the skillet and cook for about 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Combine everything: Return steak bites to the skillet and mix gently to coat with garlic butter.
- Final touch: Cook together for another 1-2 minutes until heated through.
- Garnish and serve: Sprinkle fresh parsley over the top and serve immediately.
