  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into half-moons
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the steak: Pat the steak bites dry with paper towels, then season with salt and black pepper.
  2. Sear the steak: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sear the steak bites for 1-2 minutes on each side.
  3. Remove the steak: Once browned, remove them from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Prepare the garlic butter: In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and cook for about 30 seconds.
  5. Cook the zucchini: Add zucchini to the skillet and cook for about 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
