Description
Garlic butter-seared steak bites that are tender, juicy, and full of flavor — ready in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cubed
3 tbsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dried thyme
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions
1. Trim and cube steak into 1-inch pieces
2. Marinate steak in garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper for 15–30 minutes
3. Heat cast-iron skillet on medium-high heat
4. Sear steak bites in batches for 2–3 minutes per side
5. Add butter and stir to coat just before removing from heat
6. Let rest 5 minutes before serving
Notes
Pat meat dry before cooking to ensure a good sear
Do not overcrowd the pan; cook in batches
Use meat thermometer for perfect doneness
