Juicy garlic butter steak bites paired with creamy Parmesan Alfredo tortellini for a luxurious 30-minute dinner.
Ingredients
1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cubed
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper, to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
12 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Pat steak dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika.
2. Heat olive oil in skillet, sear steak bites 2-3 min per side. Remove and rest.
3. In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic.
4. Add cream, whisk in Parmesan until smooth.
5. Cook tortellini per package instructions.
6. Toss tortellini in Alfredo sauce.
7. Return steak bites, garnish with parsley, serve.
Notes
For best flavor, let steak rest before mixing with pasta.
Adjust cream consistency by adding pasta water.
Use freshly grated Parmesan for smooth sauce.
