A juicy ribeye steak elevated with a rich and creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pieces ribeye steaks (About 1-inch thick, 8 oz each)
  • To taste salt
  • To taste pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic (Minced)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (For garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  3. Cook the seasoned steaks in the hot skillet for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
  4. Flip the steaks, add remaining butter and minced garlic, and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
  5. Remove steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  6. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and whisk in the heavy cream, scraping up browned bits.
  7. Add grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until the sauce thickens (about 3-4 minutes).
  8. Slice the steaks against the grain and arrange them on plates. Drizzle the Parmesan cream sauce over the top.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

For a different flavor, try adding sautéed mushrooms to the sauce.
