A juicy ribeye steak elevated with a rich and creamy Parmesan sauce, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.
Ingredients

- 4 pieces ribeye steaks (About 1-inch thick, 8 oz each)
- To taste salt
- To taste pepper
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic (Minced)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (For garnish)
Instructions
- Season the ribeye steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Cook the seasoned steaks in the hot skillet for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
- Flip the steaks, add remaining butter and minced garlic, and cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.
- Remove steaks from the skillet and let them rest for 5 minutes.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and whisk in the heavy cream, scraping up browned bits.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until the sauce thickens (about 3-4 minutes).
- Slice the steaks against the grain and arrange them on plates. Drizzle the Parmesan cream sauce over the top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For a different flavor, try adding sautéed mushrooms to the sauce.
