Description
Juicy and crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken cooked to perfection on a Blackstone griddle with bold, garlicky flavor.
Ingredients
¼ cup olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ cup grated Parmesan
4 chicken thighs or breasts
Instructions
1. Trim and pat dry the chicken pieces.
2. Whisk all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
3. Marinate chicken for at least 15 minutes.
4. Preheat Blackstone griddle to medium-high (400°F).
5. Place chicken on hot griddle, sear 4–5 mins each side.
6. Add extra Parmesan before final minute.
7. Check internal temp (165°F), then remove.
8. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Baste with garlic butter for richer flavor.
Use yogurt in the marinade for added tenderness.
Serve with herbed rice or grilled vegetables.
