Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place a wire rack on top.

2. Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Toss wings in olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.

3. Arrange wings in a single layer on the rack and bake for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
