Description
A rich and creamy Cheesy Garlic Pasta that’s loaded with gooey cheese, aromatic garlic, and silky sauce the ultimate comfort food made in one pot!
Ingredients
8 oz spaghetti or fettuccine
2 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Pour in milk and heavy cream, stirring constantly.
5. Add salt and pepper, then slowly mix in mozzarella and parmesan until melted and smooth.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss until fully coated.
7. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Add cooked chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
Use freshly grated cheese for the smoothest, creamiest sauce.
Leftovers can be reheated with a splash of milk to loosen the sauce.
