Ingredients
2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreos, crushed)
1/2 cup granola (optional for crunch)
2 medium bananas
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Whipped cream (optional)
Clear glasses or jars for layering
Instructions
1. Peel and slice bananas in half to create ghost shapes.
2. Press mini chocolate chips into each banana slice to make eyes and a mouth for the ghost faces.
3. In a small bowl, stir yogurt with honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
4. Spoon a layer of chocolate cookie crumbs into the bottom of each glass.
5. Add a layer of yogurt, then granola (if using), and repeat layers until the glass is nearly full.
6. Top each parfait with a banana ghost and a dollop of whipped cream if desired.
7. Serve immediately or chill until ready to enjoy.
