3 cups rolled oats

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

3. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

4. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

5. Gradually add dry ingredients and fold in oats.

6. Scoop dough onto sheets, 2 inches apart.

7. Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly browned.

8. Cool 5 minutes on sheets, then transfer to wire racks.
