Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Start by washing the spinach thoroughly in cold water.
  2. Blend the base: In a blender, combine the washed spinach, peeled banana, and almond milk.
  3. Blend until smooth: Turn the blender on high and blend until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Sweeten and add flavor: After blending, taste the mixture. If needed, add honey or maple syrup.
