A simple, festive chocolate bark made with silky melted chocolate, shaped into hearts and topped with sprinkles, nuts, or dried fruit  perfect for Valentine’s Day, gifts, or a quick sweet treat.

Ingredients

Scale

12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

4 oz white chocolate chips

1/4 cup pink or red sprinkles

2 tbsp chopped nuts or dried fruit (optional)

Pinch of flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Melt semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

3. Spread melted chocolate into heart shapes on the parchment paper.

4. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the hearts.

5. Immediately add sprinkles, nuts, or dried fruit on top.

6. Finish with a light sprinkle of sea salt if desired.

7. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until fully set.

8. Carefully peel from parchment and serve or package.

Notes

Use silicone heart molds for perfectly shaped bark.

Dark chocolate works beautifully for a richer flavor.

Store in an airtight container at room temperature or chilled for up to one week.
