Heart-shaped pink smoothie bowls made with frozen berries and banana thick, creamy, and naturally vibrant, perfect for a fun and healthy Valentine’s Day breakfast.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
Toppings: sliced strawberries, banana, granola, coconut flakes
Instructions
1. Add frozen strawberries, raspberries, banana, and almond milk to a blender.
2. Blend until thick and smooth, scraping down sides as needed.
3. Sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired and blend again.
4. Spoon smoothie into a shallow bowl.
5. Use the back of a spoon to shape the smoothie into a heart.
6. Decorate with desired toppings.
7. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use minimal liquid to keep the smoothie thick.
Freeze the bowl for 10 minutes beforehand to help hold the heart shape.
Swap berries for dragon fruit or cherries for different pink shades.
