Adorable heart-shaped strawberry Jello cups made with fresh strawberries and vibrant gelatin a fun, festive, and easy no-bake dessert perfect for Valentine’s Day, parties, or anytime you want a sweet treat.
Ingredients
1 (6 oz) box strawberry Jello
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 cup fresh strawberries, finely chopped
Nonstick spray or light oil for molds
Whipped cream for topping (optional)
Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Lightly grease heart-shaped silicone molds with nonstick spray and set aside.
2. In a heat-safe bowl, pour boiling water over strawberry Jello powder.
3. Whisk until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
4. Stir in cold water until fully combined.
5. Gently fold in chopped fresh strawberries.
6. Carefully pour the mixture into the prepared heart-shaped molds.
7. Refrigerate for at least 3–4 hours, or until fully set.
8. Once firm, gently remove from molds and top with whipped cream if desired.
9. Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve chilled.
Notes
Use silicone molds for the easiest release and clean edges.
You can substitute sugar-free strawberry Jello if desired.
These cups can be made up to 24 hours in advance and kept refrigerated.
