Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tsp thyme leaves
Salt and black pepper to taste
Lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Pat salmon fillets dry and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
3. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, parsley, dill, thyme, salt, and pepper.
4. Brush the herb butter mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
5. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
6. Garnish with fresh lemon slices and extra herbs before serving.
Notes
For extra richness, drizzle leftover butter from the pan over the salmon before serving.
Pair with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh green salad.
If using frozen salmon, thaw completely and pat dry for best results.
