- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the rolled oats, cocoa powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Prepare the wet ingredients by whisking the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until well mixed.
- Add the chopped nuts and seeds, folding them gently into the mixture.
- Spread the granola mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through for an even crispiness.
- Cool the granola completely on the baking sheet before stirring in the dairy-free chocolate chips.
- Store your finished granola in an airtight container.
