  • 1/2 cup seeds (e.g., pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the rolled oats, cocoa powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Prepare the wet ingredients by whisking the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a separate bowl.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until well mixed.
  5. Add the chopped nuts and seeds, folding them gently into the mixture.
  6. Spread the granola mixture evenly on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through for an even crispiness.
