Description
Juicy chicken with creamy feta sauce and sweet-spicy honey drizzle.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chili flakes
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup crumbled feta
3 tbsp honey
1 tsp extra chili flakes for honey
Instructions
1. Trim chicken and pat dry.
2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, chili flakes, salt, and pepper.
3. Marinate chicken for at least 15 minutes.
4. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
5. Bake chicken for 20–25 minutes or until 165°F internal temperature.
6. Mix feta with a splash of lemon juice.
7. Warm honey with chili flakes.
8. Plate chicken, top with feta, drizzle with hot honey.
Notes
For milder heat, reduce chili flakes.
Pairs well with roasted vegetables or couscous.
