Description
Fluffy, golden pancakes made right in your air fryer! These Air Fryer Pancakes are quick, easy, and perfect for busy mornings no stove required.
Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
1 large egg
2 tbsp melted butter (plus more for greasing)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional toppings: maple syrup, berries, chocolate chips, or whipped cream
Instructions
1. Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C) for 3 minutes.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
3. In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until combined.
4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined (do not overmix).
5. Grease small heat-safe ramekins or silicone molds with butter and pour batter about halfway full into each.
6. Place molds in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
7. Air fry for 6–8 minutes or until golden and cooked through (a toothpick should come out clean).
8. Carefully remove, let cool slightly, and serve warm with your favorite toppings.
Notes
Cook time may vary slightly depending on air fryer model — check at 6 minutes.
You can mix in chocolate chips, blueberries, or cinnamon for variety.
Leftovers reheat perfectly in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes at 300°F.
