- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine wild rice and vegetable broth in a medium saucepan and cook according to package instructions.
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, then toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne (if using).
- Spread sweet potatoes on a lined baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, adding kale for the last 5 minutes.
- Mix the cooked wild rice, roasted sweet potatoes, and kale in a large bowl gently.
- Serve warm, garnished with walnuts and herbs if desired.
