- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks into two bowls.
- Mix the egg yolks and cream cheese until smooth.
- Whip the egg whites with salt and baking powder until stiff peaks form.
- Combine the whipped egg whites with the yolk mixture gently.
- Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in desired shapes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a day, in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze for a month.
