Description

Light, fluffy, and low-carb cloud bread perfect for keto diets. An easy and versatile alternative to traditional bread.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Prepare the baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.
  3. Separate the egg whites from the yolks into two bowls.
  4. Mix the egg yolks and cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Whip the egg whites with salt and baking powder until stiff peaks form.
  6. Combine the whipped egg whites with the yolk mixture gently.
  7. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in desired shapes.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a day, in the fridge for up to three days, or freeze for a month.
