Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. In a small bowl, combine Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Coat each chicken breast evenly with the seasoning mixture.
3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
4. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
6. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
7. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth; stir and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
8. Stir in mozzarella until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
9. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and cook for another 2 minutes.
10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispiness, lightly dredge chicken in almond flour before cooking.
Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce for extra flavor.
Pairs beautifully with roasted broccoli or cauliflower mash.
