Description

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade: In a medium bowl, combine lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Marinate the chicken by coating with the marinade and letting it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grates.
  4. Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Rest the chicken for a few minutes after grilling to allow juices to redistribute.
  6. Top with avocado and cilantro before serving.

Notes
