- 1 cup water

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with fun cupcake liners.
- Mix the vanilla cake mix, 3 large eggs, 1 cup of water, and 1/2 cup of vegetable oil in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Fold in 1 cup of Lucky Charms cereal gently into the cake batter.
- Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool the cupcakes in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Beat the softened butter in a clean bowl until creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar.
- Add 1/4 cup of heavy cream and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the frosting until fluffy.
- Frost each cooled cupcake generously with the marshmallow buttercream.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of Lucky Charms cereal on top as a final touch.
