Description

1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved

3 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tbsp lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Season Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

3. Roast sprouts for 15 minutes until golden.

4. Whisk maple syrup, Dijon, lemon juice, and garlic powder.

5. Add salmon to pan, brush glaze generously.

6. Roast salmon with sprouts for 12–15 minutes.

7. Check internal temp reaches 145°F.

8. Let rest for 3 minutes, garnish, and serve.
