Description
A creamy and flavorful chicken pasta dish made with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, cream, and Parmesan.
Ingredients
4 boneless chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
300g pasta
Instructions
1. Pat chicken dry and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sear chicken until golden on both sides.
3. Remove chicken and sauté garlic with sun-dried tomatoes.
4. Add cream, broth, and Parmesan. Simmer until thickened.
5. Return chicken to skillet, cook until 165°F.
6. Toss in cooked pasta, coat well, and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Reheat gently with a splash of broth or cream.
