Ingredients
3 tablespoons cottage cheese
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1½ tablespoons oat flour (or almond flour)
1½ tablespoons maple syrup (or honey, to taste)
1 tablespoon milk (dairy or non-dairy)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon baking powder
A pinch of salt
Optional mix-ins:
1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Instructions
1. (Optional) Blend cottage cheese, milk, and vanilla extract in a small blender or food processor until smooth.
2. In a microwave-safe mug or small bowl, mix cocoa powder, oat flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Add the blended mixture and maple syrup, stirring until well combined.
