Ingredients
4 cups cooked shredded chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
3. Stir in shredded chicken and 1 1/2 cups of the cheddar cheese.
4. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
5. In a separate bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter.
6. Sprinkle cracker mixture evenly over the chicken filling.
7. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese.
8. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly with a golden topping.
9. Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
