Description

Adorable mini quiches baked in heart shapes with a flaky crust and a creamy, savory egg filling perfect for brunch, Valentine’s Day, or special gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale

1 refrigerated pie crust

4 large eggs

1/2 cup milk or half-and-half

1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or Gruyère)

1/4 cup cooked bacon or ham, chopped

2 tbsp green onions or chives, sliced

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

Nonstick spray

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Roll out pie crust and cut into heart shapes using a cookie cutter.

3. Press crust hearts gently into a greased mini muffin pan.

4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.

5. Stir in cheese, bacon or ham, and green onions.

6. Pour egg mixture evenly into each crust-lined cavity.

7. Bake for 18–22 minutes until centers are set and tops are lightly golden.

8. Cool for 5 minutes before removing and serving.

Notes

Swap bacon for spinach or mushrooms for a vegetarian option.

These freeze well and reheat easily.

Serve warm or at room temperature for brunch buffets.
