Ingredients

Scale

2 cans tuna, drained

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1/4 cup celery, finely diced

2 tbsp red onion, finely diced

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

8 mini sandwich rolls or slider buns

1 tbsp butter, melted

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).

2. In a bowl, combine tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, red onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

3. Slice mini rolls in half and place bottom halves on a baking sheet.

4. Spoon tuna mixture evenly onto each roll.

5. Top with shredded cheese and place roll tops on.

6. Brush tops lightly with melted butter.
