Creamy no-bake cherry cheesecake cups layered with a buttery graham cracker crust, smooth cheesecake filling, and sweet cherry topping an easy, elegant dessert with no oven required.
Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 can cherry pie filling
Fresh cherries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
2. Spoon crumb mixture into the bottoms of serving cups and press lightly.
3. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
4. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
5. Fold whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture.
6. Pipe or spoon cheesecake filling over the crust layer.
7. Top with cherry pie filling.
8. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
9. Garnish with fresh cherries if desired.
Notes
Mini jars or glasses work perfectly for individual servings.
Swap cherry topping with blueberry or strawberry pie filling for variation.
