Description

Delicious no-bake coconut cream balls made with sweet coconut, cream, and chocolate  the perfect bite-sized treat.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups shredded coconut (unsweetened or sweetened)

1/2 cup condensed milk (or coconut condensed milk for dairy-free)

1/4 cup coconut cream

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

1 cup dark or milk chocolate chips (for coating)

1 tsp coconut oil (optional, for smooth coating)

Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, condensed milk, coconut cream, vanilla, and salt until well combined

2. Scoop mixture and roll into small balls using your hands

3. Place balls on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for 20–30 minutes to firm up

4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler

5. Dip each coconut ball into melted chocolate, coating evenly

6. Place back on tray and refrigerate until chocolate sets

7. Serve chilled or store in an airtight container

Notes

Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.

You can roll the balls in extra shredded coconut instead of dipping in chocolate.

For variety, add chopped nuts inside the mixture before rolling.
