A creamy, refreshing, and zesty no-bake lemonade pie perfect for warm days.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
Zest of 1 lemon
Optional: fresh berries for garnish
Instructions
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter, press into pie dish, and chill.
2. In a bowl, whisk condensed milk and lemonade concentrate.
3. Fold in whipped topping until smooth.
4. Pour filling into crust and smooth top.
5. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight.
6. Garnish with lemon zest or berries before serving.
Notes
Keep pie refrigerated until serving.
For firmer texture, freeze 30 minutes before serving.
Can substitute lime juice for a Key Lime twist.
