Description
A creamy no-bake tart with mascarpone filling and fresh mixed berries.
Ingredients
200g digestive biscuits
100g unsalted butter, melted
250g mascarpone cheese
150g cream cheese
200ml heavy cream, whipped
80g powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
400g mixed berries
2 tbsp honey (optional glaze)
Instructions
1. Crush biscuits and combine with butter.
2. Press mixture into tart pan and chill.
3. Beat mascarpone, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
4. Fold in whipped cream.
5. Spread filling over crust.
6. Arrange berries on top.
7. Drizzle with honey and chill 2 hours.
Notes
Best enjoyed within 2–3 days.
Use fresh or thawed berries.
For clean slices, dip knife in hot water before cutting.
