Instructions
- Make the crust by mixing crushed graham crackers and melted butter, then press into a springform pan.

- Fold in the whipped cream and diced pineapple gently.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth the top.
- Drizzle pineapple juice over the top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
