Description
Gooey, chocolatey Oreo Cinnamon Rolls made with rich dough and crushed Oreos, finished with a creamy glaze.
Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup plant milk
1/4 cup butter (melted)
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
10 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
3. Add milk and melted butter to form a dough.
4. Roll out into a rectangle on floured surface.
5. Combine brown sugar, cinnamon, crushed Oreos.
6. Spread mixture over dough evenly.
7. Roll up and slice into 8 rolls.
8. Place rolls in greased baking dish.
9. Bake for 22–25 minutes until golden.
10. Mix cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar for glaze.
11. Let rolls cool 10 minutes, then top with glaze.
Notes
Best served warm.
Can be frozen before baking for future use.
Store in airtight container up to 3 days.
