Description
Rich, bite-sized Oreo truffles made with crushed cookies and cream cheese, then coated in smooth chocolate for an irresistibly easy no-bake dessert.
Ingredients
36 Oreo cookies
8 oz cream cheese, softened
12 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate, melted
Optional sprinkles or crushed Oreos for topping
Instructions
1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
2. Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes until firm.
5. Dip each truffle into melted chocolate, coating completely.
6. Return truffles to baking sheet and add toppings if desired.
7. Refrigerate until chocolate is set.
8. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
Use white chocolate for a classic cookies-and-cream look.
Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
These truffles also freeze well for longer storage.
