Ingredients

Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
3. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed—do not overmix.
4. Heat a lightly greased skillet over medium heat.
5. Drop small spoonfuls of batter onto skillet to form mini pancakes.
6. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
7. Let pancakes cool slightly, then insert skewers or sticks.
8. Serve warm with maple syrup, chocolate sauce, or toppings of choice.
